Yale University

The NCSP at Yale is a vibrant and curiosity-driven program committed to generating and using evidence to drive change in health and health care. We support post-doctoral physicians and nurses through rigorous academic coursework, hands-on stakeholder engagement, and mentorship from nationally recognized faculty. Scholars gain expertise in health policy, implementation science, and community-engaged research, with access to rich collaborations across Yale and New Haven. The rigorous research methods training is complemented by extensive, longitudinal seminar series focused on leadership skills and writing. Incorporating faculty from the Schools of Medicine, Nursing, and Public Health with our amazing Scholars, we are a close-knit group that has fun and pushes one another to excel.
